Set up the camera
Side-on, whole body in frame, hands at the bottom of the picture.
1
Prop the phone securely, side-on to where you will train, so it cannot tip or slide.
2
Leave room in the picture for your hands and your feet, with space to spare past both.
3
Use good light — in front of you, not behind you.
4
Choose a movement you already know. This is for reading what you can do, not for trying something new.
Not a coach and not a spotter. Train where a fall is safe — what you do on your hands is your own risk.
Beeps that quicken as your line leaves vertical, so you get the correction while you are still upside down. A high note means you are going over your fingers, a low one back toward your heels, and a middle note means it cannot tell yet.
